	In general, germinated seeds can be put straight into their growing medium. Vermiculite and perlite might be an exception; since they don't have a very dense structure when in a pot, they may present problems for a new seedling and interfere with its developing root system getting a proper 'grip' on the medium. It's probably better to let seedlings establish their central root system in a denser medium like rockwool (a small 3cm cube would be fine, as would a 10cm cube), then place the rockwool in the vermiculite once roots are emerging from it.
