I'm currently a student, but this summer I am trying to grow just a personal plant or 2. I am going to have a very limited space in my apartment and was just trying to make a grow box. If someone could give me some advice or dimensions to use for just a plant or two it would be very helpful.

Hi goodbyespace

Check out the forum, some members have small cupboards, and closet grow rooms on display

I think free standing ply wood cupboards are best, 1 meter sq bye height 2-3 meter with a door that closes

Cover your inside walls with mylar, and cut holes for your fans, 2 small bearing fans with ducting can be used

Then decide if your gowing hydro or soil?

This cabinet would suit a 400-600 son-t-agro light, for both veg and flower

Hope this helps

Hello,

I do not know much about Afghanistan, Sticky, but 400 Watts are not a grow setup for personal consommation. Some hausmeister may regularily check the power counter. Spinning fast due to orange-illuminated THC-traffic. I advise all reasonably paranoid stealth growers to use darker lights. Out there are 20W, 35W and 50W metal halide gas discharge lamps with high efficiency. (Osram, Philips, ...) SOG/SCROG has proven that bonsai hemp exists. A small light of 4300 °K color temperature sitting two 1/2 feet above the ground can illuminate an acre of one square feet.

hey uli !

quarzen

Hey grasso

I have never used anything smaller than a 400w to grow

I havent even heard of these lights ?

You could always put a magnet under your meter box, if worried about power use ?

Would a 400w set up attract attention if run for 18 hrs a day in germany ?
