Probably not. In fact, certainly not. No bud is ready in 37 days.

It can be harvested, dried and smoked after such a short time, and will probably have a decent effect, but you can be sure that it will improve if allowed to flower for another 2-3 weeks.

I don't worry about waiting for amber resin glands, I think the pistils and bud formation are usually a better indicator.

Pics would help.

Nice buds, and they're almost certainly going to get bigger and more resinous if you leave them for at least two weeks.

Pistils are a great way to determine readiness, and they allow the grower to just look at a plant as a whole and assess its ripeness in a few seconds, instead of having to examine closely with magnification, then compare different sites around a single plant.

Resin gland colour is informative, but this is a good example of where it's less useful as an indicator of overall ripeness. Personally, I like buds to have a majority of clear and milky glands, without much amber. There are many strains (most Sativa hybrids, for instance) that can reach full maturity (in terms of size, formation, resin) and not have many amber resin glands.

The example in your pictures is the opposite - the resin glands may indicate a stage of maturity that's attractive to many growers, but harvesting on the basis of their colours would be a mistake, as the main indicator of the plants' maturity, the pistils, are mostly white and definitely do not suggest that the plant is ready.

Definitely 2-3 more weeks of flowering, IMO.
