I read following thing few days back; ''There have been complaints however, that C02 supplementation during flowering reduces potency. Therefore, C02 should be stopped when the lights are turned to 12/12.'' Is this true mates? I think plants dont need extra co2, all is in air, but I use especially in winters little more co2 and it pays off.

co2 is very important, it helps to grow bigger yields
Best is a temp of around 34 celcius...!!
What do you mean with supplementtation, it sounds for me as some pill that you put in the soil..If you mean a supplement into the air, ok
Co2 is used in summer when its so hot that growth stagnates, co2 makes that the plant can grow and flower at these temperatures.

co2 is heavier in weight then oxygen so you have to circulate the air.
TO MUCH CO2 CAN KILL GROWER AND PLANT

Yep I know co2 and its effects very wel, my co2 setup is round tube punched holes above the plants, makin beer so yeast, sugar u know. I have co2 tabs for waterin too but i use em only winters but first thing first I asked the amount of co2 in the air should be accordin to that sentence I put lower when youre flowerin plants. My sense says that if you use extra co2 you use it specially at flowerin not veggin small seedlings and such. One of reason I use extra co2 plants can take higher temps, remembering also plants need more water, nutrients.. Sorry my english, read between the lines hehee

minute stomata on leaf underside open and close to regulate tempature, moisture retention and co2 intake. I recall atmosphere holds 350 parts per million and most plants die if air contains more than 2000 ppm co2 correct if wrong

making beer and growing weed is a good system %3cig%20smile
I dont know about ppm 's etc.
I did the yeast/sugar method..
Until the bucket felt over the soil when i changed water ...%3crmm

I was shocked but after all, it didnt harm the plants!

The yeast and sugar method is also used for starting a compost pile.
It gives a higher temperature to the compost and work faster.
Maybe that this works in winter..
a heating mat works better i guess
