hello
can anyone explain some bit about that legal seeds from hempflax and what can be expectetd from them in height and weight and how much thc they contain(must be around 0.3% thc)
so theyre definitley not going over that, cause I heard of such hemp sorts that they were finallry around 2-3 % of thc when well growed , as example in switzerland.
my second question is how should polic recognize them as legal plants, expect the low thc?
thx for answers

are you talking about hemp plants which are used in textile applications?
ya they are pretty low in thc. Wouldnt be worth it to smoke, much less to grow it.
If youre a smoker, dont waste your time on em.

If weed is illegal where you are, it wont make a difference what strain it is.

Height - tall!
Weight - pretty much irrelevant, as there's nothing to weigh after harvest.
The ISO-31 strain produces slightly longer female flowers than other kinds of hemp, but her flowers are nothing like proper buds.

As for the legal aspect, the certificate allowing the cultivation of ISO-31 is only valid in the EU.

In the EU, it most certainly does make a difference what strain is grown.

Hemp seeds are legal to grow when they are certified as belonging to one of a small number of recognised strains. These strains have been repeatedly tested as being under 0.3% THC, so any plant grown from such strains is, legally speaking, under 0.3% THC, even if individual plants might display fractionally higher cannabinoid content.

In the same way, it is illegal to grow industrial hemp that is not one of the recognised strains in the EU, even when it is demostrably under 0.3% THC.

To be clear, the ISO-31 seeds offered in the promotion are not meant to produce any form of smokeable or recreational cannabis whatsoever.
